Delete Your Account
You can delete your Bini account, and everything we hold about you, at any time. This page explains the two ways to do it, what is removed, and what — if anything — remains afterwards. Bini, previously named KissApp, is developed and operated by RevuFlex LTD.
1
Delete Your Account in the App
The fastest way. Deletion takes effect immediately.
- Open Bini and, on the home screen, tap the menu button at the top right, next to the Settings gear (⋯ on iPhone, ⋮ on Android). If you are not paired, the same menu (⋮) is at the top of the pairing screen.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning and confirm.
- To prove it is really you, the App sends a one-time code by SMS to the phone number on your account. Enter the code.
- Your account and its data are deleted from our servers straight away, and you are signed out.
There is no password to enter, because Bini accounts have no password — the code sent to your phone is the confirmation. If your account has no phone number attached, the App asks you to type a confirmation phrase instead.

Delete Your Account Without the App
If you no longer have the App installed, or cannot sign in, you can ask us to delete your account for you:
- Email privacy@thekissapp.com with the subject line “Delete my Bini account”.
- Include the phone number your account is registered with (with country code).
- We will confirm that you control that number before deleting anything, so nobody can delete an account that is not theirs.
- Once confirmed, we delete the account and its data and let you know by reply. We aim to complete requests within 7 days, and in any case within the time required by applicable law.

What Is Deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes from our servers, whichever way you delete it:
- Your profile — phone number, profile picture, date of birth, gender, language preference.
- Your encryption keys and key backups, including any recovery-key backup.
- All messages, photos, videos, voice notes, files, GIFs and stickers, and the stored media files of your current pair behind them.
- Your Memories, sticky notes, calendar events, map lists, daily-question answers, kisses and streaks, and call history.
- Your last shared location, if you ever turned location sharing on.
- Your push-notification tokens and subscription records held by us.
- The pairing with your partner.
This is not a “deactivation”: the data is deleted, not hidden, and cannot be restored by us afterwards. Your messages and media are end-to-end encrypted, so once they are deleted we have no way to recover them for you.

What Remains
We keep nothing that identifies you after deletion, with these narrow exceptions:
- Purchase records held by Apple or Google. If you subscribed to Premium, the App Store or Google Play keeps its own billing records under its own policies. We do not control those records; you can manage them in your Apple ID or Google account.
- Crash reports. Anonymous crash and performance diagnostics already sent to Firebase are deleted automatically at the end of Firebase’s retention period. They contain no message content and no phone number.
- Safety reports. Reports you made or that concern you, and any material attached to them, are kept separately from your account for as long as we need them to act on the report, to answer an appeal, or to meet a legal or child-protection obligation, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account removes your account from a report you filed but does not withdraw the report.
- Your partner’s own copies. Content that was decrypted and saved on your partner’s device — for example a photo they downloaded to their gallery — lives on their device, not our servers, and is outside our control.

What Your Partner Sees
Bini is built for one couple, so deleting your account also ends the pairing. Your partner keeps their own account, but the shared chat history, Memories, sticky notes, daily-question answers, calendar and map lists stored on our servers are removed for both of you, because they belonged to the pair. Your partner will see that the pairing has ended and can pair again with someone else. If you would rather keep your account and only end the pairing, use Unpair in the App instead of deleting.

Your Subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription, because subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel it first to avoid further charges: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions. Because one Pair Premium subscription covers both partners, a subscription paid for by your partner is unaffected by your deletion.
