For two people. That is the whole app.

Your private space for two.

One app, two people, no one else. Messages, photos and calls end-to-end encrypted with keys made on your devices — so we can’t read them. No feed, no strangers, no ads.

Or open get.thebiniapp.com on your phone.

Messages

Say it however you like.

Text, photos, videos, voice notes, files and stickers — every one of them end-to-end encrypted. Send GIFs too, reply to anything, react with a tap.

Send view-once photos and videos that disappear once they have been seen, and get told if one is captured.

Kisses & streaks

A kiss, on a wheel.

Turn the wheel to one of eight emoji and tap to send it — or hold, and it arrives big. Kiss on the same day and your streak grows; miss a day and a Streak Saviour brings it back within 24 hours.

A sticky note on the cork board with items crossed off, an ON IT stamp and a hand-written reply.
Sticky notes

A cork board on your home screen.

Leave each other notes. Tap a line to cross it off, stamp one Done, On it or ♥︎, and scribble a reply underneath. Your next important dates are pinned up there too, beside the day you have been together.

Question of the Day, with both partners’ answers revealed together.
Question of the day

One question, two answers.

A new question each day. You each answer on your own, and both answers unlock at the same moment — with a nudge when your partner is already waiting for you.

The Memories screen: photos grouped by month with the places they were taken.
Memories

Photos that remember where.

Your favourite pictures pinned to the spot they were taken, so you can wander back through a good year on a map.

Pair map

On your way? Go Live.

See each other on a live map. Sharing starts switched off and stays off until you turn it on — then share for a set stretch of time, and keep the places you both love as shared lists.

The shared Pair Calendar in month view with an evening plan listed underneath.
Shared calendar

One calendar, two lives.

Plans, anniversaries and birthdays in one place, with colour-coded categories and a year view. What you write in an entry is end-to-end encrypted once you are both on the latest version.

Link it to one calendar on your phone and your entries are copied there too, kept in step both ways — change it there, it changes here.

Calls

Voice and video calls.

Ring each other straight from the chat. A call arrives like a real phone call — even on the lock screen — and is end-to-end encrypted too.

Stickers & GIFs

Stickers only you two understand.

Cut the subject straight out of a photo and it becomes a sticker. Import packs, keep favourites, and find a GIF without leaving the chat.

On your home screen

Widgets, in blue or pink.

Your streak and your last kiss, one glance away. Choose the blue or the pink colourway and the app icon changes with it.

Privacy is the foundation, not a feature.

Your messages, photos and calls are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read them. Here is how that works.

End-to-end encryption

Messages, photos, videos, voice notes, files, stickers, sticky notes, daily-question answers and the photos and videos in your Memories are encrypted with X25519 key exchange and AES-256-GCM — and so is what you write in your calendar entries, once you are both on the latest version.

Calls are end-to-end encrypted too. All of it is locked on your phone and opened on your partner’s; nowhere in between, including on our servers, can it be read.

Keys made on your phones

The keys are made on your devices and never leave them in a form we can open — the backup we store is encrypted with a recovery key only you hold.

Getting a new phone? Scan its QR code with the old one and your history comes with you.

Screenshot protection

The app asks iOS and Android to block screenshots and screen recording in chat and during calls, and tells your partner if a photo or video they sent is captured.

It covers the conversation itself, every photo and video you open from it, and your calls.

App lock

Lock Bini behind Face ID, Touch ID or your phone’s fingerprint or face unlock — it asks for one each time the app starts.

Sign in with your number

There is no password to forget, reuse or leak. You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code sent by SMS.

No ads, no ad tracking

There are no ads in the app and we do not sell your data.

This website makes no third-party requests either: the fonts come from our own server, and nothing here measures you.

Reporting and child safety

Every user can report a safety concern from inside the app — Settings → Report a safety concern, or Report a safety concern in the chat menu. If you are not paired with anyone, the same option is in the menu on the pairing screen.

A person reads every report, within 24 hours. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, and our published standards set out what we prohibit and what we do about it.
